How to Format Your CSV File

To upload your link lists, structure your spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) in two columns:

  • Column A (Required): The raw data or URL (e.g. https://mycafe.com/menu).
  • Column B (Optional): The descriptive label to identify the code (e.g. Table 5 Menu).
  • Important: Do not include header rows (like "URL, Label") in your CSV file. Save/export it as a .csv type.

Print Alignment Guidelines

Ensure your printed sticker sheets line up perfectly with standard Avery templates.

Print Margin Settings

When the browser print dialog opens, set the margins to None or Default. Do not use 'Fit to Page' scaling or your labels will shift out of alignment.

Enable Background Graphics

Ensure you toggle Background Graphics on. This guarantees the background colors and cut border outlines are generated correctly on paper.

Test Print First

Before printing on expensive adhesive labels, print a test page on standard A4 paper. Hold it up to a light source behind your sticker sheet to verify alignment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about batch QR creation.

How do I upload multiple links to the generator?

You can choose either the Manual List tab to paste URLs directly (one URL per line), or select the CSV Upload tab and drop in a spreadsheet exported in `.csv` format.

Are these generated QR codes free for commercial print?

Yes, absolutely. The QR codes generated in bulk are standard static codes. They do not expire, have no scan limits, and can be used on commercial packaging, labels, menus, or billboards completely free.

What is the risk of using static QR codes for large prints?

Static codes hardcode your links directly inside the pixels. If the destination link is broken, typoed, or changes in the future, the QR code will fail permanently. To protect prints, we recommend upgrading to Dynamic QR Codes, which let you change target URLs anytime without reprinting.

Can I customize the dot and corner square patterns in bulk?

Yes. The control panel includes visual presets for blocks (rounded, classy, smooth dots) and eye-borders (circle, rounded, square). Setting the customization applies it instantly to all compiled codes in the batch.
